Controlling the flow and water stream is extremely easy thanks to its gooseneck spout, making it suitable even for beginners.
Adjusting the water temperature is no problem, thanks to the precision of the built-in STRIX controller, which is accurate to within 1°C, allowing you to set the temperature anywhere between 40-100°C. The dual data display allows you to view both the actual and target temperatures in real time.
For brewing, the recommended water temperatures are:
- 90-92°C for medium-roast beans.
- 92-96°C for lightly roasted beans.
- 85-90°C for dark-roast beans.
This kettle is also ideal for AeroPress, portable espresso machines, Clever Coffee Dripper, Chemex, French Press, and tea preparation.
