Pro-Fondi EVO is an electric device that activates automatically, designed to thoroughly clean the portafilter in just two seconds.
It is connected to a bag that directly collects ground coffee, preventing the dispersion on the countertop. No special cleaning or maintenance is required, making the barista’s manual work easier and more efficient. It also eliminates the noise of the traditional “tap”, improving the acoustic comfort of the space.
The updated EVO version features a modern design with no sharp edges, making it very easy to clean.
On the front, there are two photocells and a touch button: the photocells automatically activate the motor when they detect hand movement for cleaning.
The Pro-Fondi EVO is also equipped with a new polyurethane rotor without springs, available in 54 or 58 mm diameters, that thoroughly cleans the filters. This rotor is highly durable and no longer requires periodic spring replacements.
