This year, DM Italia is organizing the selection stages of the Roasting Championship. The final stage will be hosted by Nuova Torrefazione Autonoma in Pescara. Seven competitors will challenge each other in this competition for the best roast, which will be judged by three SCA Italy judges. The competition will take place over three days: two for preparation and evaluation of the roasting method and procedure, and the third one for the tasting, followed by the awarding of the two best contestants. The two winners will join the other four winners from the previous two competitions at the national final, which will take place in Rimini during SIGEP 2025.
